Nutty Granola Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup granola

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond butter, peanut butter, or your choice)

  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • A pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine granola, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, rolled oats, mini chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Mix Thoroughly:

    • Stir the ingredients until well combined. The mixture should be sticky and hold together.

  3. Chill in the Refrigerator:

    • Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Chilling will make it easier to form the energy bites.

  4. Form Bites:

    • Once chilled, take small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls using your hands.

  5. Optional Coating:

    • Roll the energy bites in additional granola for an extra crunchy coating.

  6. Store and Enjoy:

    • Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for another 30 minutes to set.

    • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. These bites make for a convenient and energy-packed snack.
